Mr. Elango began his career in 1992 as a corporate trainer with Aptech Computers, where he successfully trained and created computer awareness for more than 5,000 banking professionals across India. Recognizing the growing need for computer literacy, in 1996, he established an exclusive Computer Training Centre in Erode with a mission to provide high-quality, industry-relevant education to the people of the region.

Mr. Elango began his career in 1992 as a corporate trainer with Aptech Computers, where he successfully trained and created computer awareness for more than 5,000 banking professionals across India. Recognizing the growing need for computer literacy, in 1996, he established an exclusive Computer Training Centre in Erode with a mission to provide high-quality, industry-relevant education to the people of the region.
Over the years, he collaborated with reputed organizations such as CMC (a division of TCS), ET&T (a Government of India Enterprise), and BITS, through which he trained thousands of engineering, arts, and diploma students, as well as entrepreneurs and corporate employees from leading companies like SPB, Ponni Sugars, SKM, Sakthi Masala, and many more. He also pioneered Networking and Hardware Training in Erode, equipping students with cutting-edge skills that enabled them to secure employment in top IT companies across India and abroad.
In 2016, Mr. Elango launched Skillpoint Learning Services, exclusively focusing on Government-Sponsored Skill Development Projects. The organization quickly established itself as a specialist consultancy, dedicated to empowering educational institutions and training centers to access government support for skill development initiatives.
Skillpoint has since successfully implemented a wide range of schemes across Tamil Nadu, including STAR (Standard Training Assessment and Reward), PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), DDUGKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana), NULM (National Urban Livelihoods Mission), and various Special Projects under PMKVY.
